Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the TigerMode app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account (below Sign Out).
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm the prompt.

Your account and data are erased immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@apexsevon.in from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify your identity and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

• Your profile, goals, and login
• All posts, comments, and likes
• Food, weight, water, and workout logs
• Community memberships and challenge progress
• Premium plans and payment records
• Uploaded photos (meals & avatar)
• Any linked WhatsApp coaching data

What may be retained

We may retain a minimal set of records (for example, transaction records) only where required by law — for instance, tax and accounting obligations — and only for as long as the law requires, after which they are deleted. These records are not used to identify or contact you.

If you have an active subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in the Google Play Store (for in-app subscriptions) or contact us about a Razorpay subscription, before deleting your account.
