1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TigerMode ("the Service"), including our website, mobile app, WhatsApp coaching, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TigerMode provides AI-powered fitness coaching, meal tracking, and personalised diet and workout plans delivered through WhatsApp and our website/app. The AI coaching is powered by Google Gemini and processes your messages, food images, and fitness data to generate responses. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. WhatsApp users can interact without a website account and optionally link the two. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available for a monthly subscription fee (currently ₹999/month). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (web/WhatsApp) or Google Play Billing (Android app). Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated systems to access the Service excessively; (e) share your account credentials with others; (f) use the Service to provide competing services.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

TigerMode is not a medical service. All AI coaching, diet plans, workout plans, calorie estimates, and nutritional information are for general fitness guidance only and should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program.
  • If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary restrictions, seek medical advice before acting on any suggestion from the Service.
  • AI-generated nutritional estimates (including from food image analysis) are approximate and should not be relied upon for medical dietary requirements.
  • The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health effects resulting from following suggestions provided by the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Coaching responses, meal suggestions, and fitness advice are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and may contain inaccuracies. AI-estimated calorie and macro values from food images are approximations. You should verify important nutritional information independently. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by TigerMode and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein, including the processing of your messages and food images by Google Gemini AI.

10. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings. Deletion is irreversible and removes all personal data including fitness logs, conversations, payment history, and uploaded images.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TigerMode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or WhatsApp.
