How much water should I drink a day?
A common guideline is about 35 ml per kg of body weight, plus more for higher activity. For a 70 kg lightly-active adult that's roughly 2.7 litres. Hot weather, illness and hard training push it higher.
Does tea, coffee and food count?
Yes — fluids from tea, coffee, milk and water-rich foods all contribute. This target is total daily fluid, not plain water alone.
What's the simplest way to know I'm hydrated?
Drink to thirst and check your urine — pale straw colour means you're well hydrated; dark yellow means drink more. Track it daily inside TigerMode to build the habit.
